Active quality management and rigorous food hygiene are cornerstones of our business. Our ongoing efforts in these areas made us the first Swedish company in our field to be awarded BRC certification, higher level.
For us, quality management means controlling the whole production process, from raw materials to finished products. We actively seek out high quality products, which are approved for our production after passing a delivery inspection. Our control laboratory performs roughly one hundred analyses of different chemical and sensory properties each day during production. No product leaves our plant without being test-tasted several times.
