Purchasing

Our purchasing department handles the purchasing of ingredients for our products and the packages they are distributed in. Ingredients we purchase include mustard seeds for our mustard production, tomatoes for our ketchup, and ethanol, the raw material for spirit vinegar.

Our products must be distributed in suitable packages adapted to their end customers. Consumer products are often packaged in glass jars or plastic bottles. Products for the catering and restaurant sectors may be packaged in buckets or cans of up to 25 kg. Our largest-scale customers, the food industry, often have their goods delivered in 1,000-litre containers, or even in tank trucks.
